The 1940 brick Spanish-style bungalow was stripped to its bare brick walls and a new, contemporary structure was created, while retaining elements of the old bungalow style. The client wanted a low maintenance, laid-back and colorful environment with some ethnic influences. In this project LUIS ORTEGA INTERIORS was responsible for both the architectural and interior design, including the outdoor landscaping.
